Our Buildings are Constructed using Sound Construction Principles while considering our budget savy customers as well.  The eco line consists of a single top plate without hurricane ties and a single layer of outside metal screwed directly to the 24″ on center studs.  We use Pressure Treated Notched Skids to Strengthen our Floor System.  We will then nail the Pressure Treated Flooring directly to the 2×6 Floor Joist with Galvanized Ring Shank Nails.  These Nails hold like “Screws” and resist Rust.  Like we say about all our buildings, “You won’t find a better building for the money spent than our Eco Buildings.”  If you prefer metal but would like to upgrade to a higher quality building-Please consider our Premium Metal Line that offers you the Strength of a Wood Building and the Maintenance Free Quality of a Metal Building!
